Intuitive and Easy to Use

All the information regarding my accounts is easy to find. The app is very intuitive. No lag time. All the information makes sense, too. It's a great app but I just setup my username and password and it fails to open up for me? Hopefully we can rectify the problems so I can access my account. It's really important that I can get into the account when needed to. Please check everything out within the app. This device is brand new and I don't understand why it doesn't want to open up for me!!

Recent Update Improved Functionality

5-30-23 The last update finally fixed the Android 13 problems with deposit pictures and fingerprint log in. Everything is working fine again. I absolutely love this app!! Quick and never gives me trouble. Makes banking crazy easy. I'm writing this review 3 years later. Since the update, this app has been a pain to use. It's very slow. Multi-tasking capabilities have been disabled (which was useful in using the calculator). And signing in isn't as fluid anymore. Since the update, I would give this a 3 out of 5 now.

Excellent Credit Tracking

This app is simply excellent in order to keep track of my credit movements and bring me good hints to stay on the road. One of the best apps, next to the Amex one. Easy to navigate, making it easier for seniors, notoriously known not to be tech-savvy! The ease of use is phenomenal. The look is simplified yet maintains the high standard we are accustomed to with PenFed.

Convenient Features

I especially like that there is an option to set up recurring transfers from my bank account into a savings account with PenFed, so I don't have to remember to do it every week. Great customer service, easy access. Customer service associates are very attentive and knowledgeable. They provide useful information. Very easy to use and navigate. I noticed the platform payout changes often and what's the reason for that, but otherwise great site. It's a great app. I have no issues using it. It is very secure, and you are able to do everything on this app that you can do in a bank.

User-Friendly Interface

Very simple and easy to understand user interface. I can do most of my banking needs in the app without having to use my computer. I really like using this app the first time around. It's real easy to understand and follow. Keep up the good work. Great app, I can do just about everything on here, but the desktop still has more options if you have to set up payment methods.

Minor Distractions

Very easy to use, as is their website for Quicken web connect money management. Capital One is not so good. The only complaint is that the ads are a distraction... that's it.
